Return requirements

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
• Original tags should remain attached.
• Medical apparel and personal-use items may be restricted for hygiene reasons once worn or washed.
• Customized, embroidered, altered, or personalized items are final sale unless defective or incorrect.

Shipping and refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
